Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original condition
  • Undamaged
  • Returned in its original packaging

Custom & 3D Printed Items

Due to the nature of custom-made and 3D printed products, cancellations and returns are not accepted once production has started.

However, if your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

please contact us and we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund when applicable.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
